The Nitty Gritty
Images & Print Rights
High resolution digital negatives can be personally used any way that you want. Print as much as you want, as large as you want, from wherever you want, without a watermark.
Payment & Contracts
Everything can be done online. A 50% deposit and an e-signed contract reserves your date; the balance is due 30 days before the wedding. No fees for credit or debit. Coverage changes and additions are welcome up to 30 days out.
Travel
I include 30 miles each way to and from greater Philadelphia (19148). Beyond that, travel is billed per mile for each team member. Venues 100+ miles one way may require overnight accommodations.
Editing
Each image is individually edited and retouched. I do not do extreme body, face, or hair retouching. Files are delivered in JPEG format; RAW files are never delivered. Additional retouching is available by request.
Delivery & Timing
Expect roughly 100 photos per hour of coverage. Sneak peeks arrive within days. Your full gallery and Reveal Celebration are ready in 8–10 weeks, often in as little as 6.
The Backup Promise
In over 400 weddings, I’ve never missed one. My second photographers are seasoned full-time professionals; if ever needed, your second steps up to lead and my trusted network fills in behind them.
Reveal Celebration
One of the experiences that sets Days Away Creative apart is the Reveal Celebration.
Instead of receiving an online gallery at some random date, I’ve curated an experience that my couples love.
You’ll see your images for the first time printed and matted 16×20 on one of my gallery walls, followed by a digital slideshow and an album designing session in my South Philadelphia studio.
Wedding Collections
Every collection includes the Reveal Celebration Experience, a personalized online gallery, each photo individually edited, high resolution digital files, and unrestricted print rights.
