A quick note before we dive in: The Waterfall is located in Claymont, Delaware, just across the state line from South Jersey and Philadelphia, though it’s sometimes grouped alongside New Jersey venues in regional searches given its proximity. A marble-columned Grand Ballroom and a genuinely comprehensive all-inclusive package make it a strong contender.
